Redefining rest
Comma Project
Overview
“Stop Doing, notice Being.” The project names the everyday habit of living as if chased by something “Doing” and invites people to pause it. The goal was time spent clearing the mind and focusing only on oneself – Being – which we defined as rest in its essential form. We brought neglected corners of the campus back as places to rest, and made a website that guides people to them.

Notes on the work
We ran it on our own philosophy and principles so that it would work as a real project, not end as a plan. It showed me the difference between web design that stops at a mock-up and a site that actually runs – and how to design while negotiating between the ideal and the real.
