Overview
Two posters in a series that connect vertically. Starting from the root of the Korean word for instinct – “to prick and provoke a reaction” – they visualise how instinct works in the human body.
Notes on the work
An exercise in visualising something invisible – holding onto the essence of a word, deciding what to catch, and asking whether the result persuades beyond looking good. It taught me to keep answering “why?” and “how?” until the work comes out of the answers.
